Fitness
Dance
Students will have the opportunity to provide physical and verbal communication in the visual art of dance in its cultural manifestations, leading them beyond knowledge of a culture to an understanding and celebration of difference. Creative thinking to able to perceive, examine and evaluate different points of view is encouraged in this class.
Martial Arts
Martial Arts is designed to teach discipline, balance, coordination and muscle development. Training will address self confidence, awareness of others, character and behavior development. The program incorporates fitness routines, stretching, boxing, body control, motivation and meditation.
Physical Fitness
Fitness is designed to use a variety of techniques such as stretching, meditation and repetitive movement to develop balance, focus and address self confidence and character development.
